UPTOWN Parlor

This renovation and addition was for a collector who had it all - except a less formal room in which to dine, relax, and watch television. A series of smaller, chopped-up spaces were opened and expanded with the help of some major engineering to create a large multi purpose room along with a new covered porch overlooking the pool. As a bonus, a stylish game room got an art filled makeover as well. Pecky Cypress and statement furnishings finish out this much needed renovation.
